Jessica Nelson

SOPRANO

Jessica was inspired to study classical voice at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music in 2016 after performing with Cheryl Barker and Peter Coleman at a fundraising event in Geelong. After graduating in 2019, She has now started a Masters of Music Therapy. 

As a StarSearch Geelong Finalist and scholar at the Windfire Chamber Choir, Jessica has performed in many productions, including opera and musical theatre. In 2016, she was delighted to perform in a workshop production of excerpts from The Magic Flute and Così fan tutte with Austrian director and writer, Beverly Blankenship. She is also very proud of her involvement with the 2018 MCM production of The Dialogue of the Carmelites (Jane Davidson) playing the role of Sister Gertrude. 

She is excited to be in her second year with OSA and looks forward to the year ahead.
