2026 OPERA SCHOLARS AUSTRALIA PROGRAM APPLICATION
OSA’s training programs present young singers with the opportunity to learn and develop the skills vital for a career in classical voice. Designed for singers aged 18-26, OSA offers 2 levels of participation.
OSA Supplementary Program
Designed to enhance your university studies. Participants will receive the following;
Weekly Wednesday evening rehearsals/classes
Multiple intensive weeks focusing on foundational skills, art song and aria interpretation
Performance opportunities in OSA’s Voices Unleashed project
Eligibility for OSA’s Art Song and Aria Awards
Performance opportunities in OSA concerts and events
Coaching with program director Alexander Lewis
Coaching with guest music/vocal coaches
Access to guest masterclasses and Q&A’s
Head shot photography
OSA Graduate Program
A more advanced and involved program designed for those who have completed a university degree and at least 1 year of OSA’s Supplementary Program. Participants will receive everything from the supplementary program as well as the following;
Chamber style concert opportunities
Opportunities in OSA’s Voices Unleashed incursion program
Opera scenes workshops
Role development
Workshops in self-devised projects

Callback auditions will be held at the Hawthorn Arts Centre on November 28th/29th, 2025
*Both programs incur an administrative fee (instalment options available): $450 Supplementary, $1000 Graduate
