SUPPLEMENTARY PROGRAM

The Supplementary Stream is aimed at those who attend university or have limited capacity are seeking a significant grounding in basic skills. They receive:

  • Regular guidance in vocal technique, musicianship and interpretation

  • Multiple intensives in acting, movement and language skills

  • Individual coachings with Program Director Alexander Lewis

  • Headshots, performance photography and videography

  • Mentor/network masterclasses

  • Aria and Art Song Scholarship Prizes

  • Regular performance opportunities

GRADUATE PROGRAM

In addition to all aspects of the Supplementary program, Graduate scholars will be extended with:

  • Chamber style concert opportunities

  • Opportunities in OSA’s Voices Unleashed incursion program

  • Opera scenes workshops

  • Role development

 

Program Director: Alexander Lewis

Opera Scholars is led by our Program Director, Alexander Lewis. Having performed around the world in both opera and musical theatre, Alexander has forged a unique career as a cross-over artist. His work with internationally acclaimed directors and conductors has helped him find a unique voice as a teacher and mentor.

As a scholar you will have regular coachings, group music sessions and mentoring with Al, guidance on performance and unwavering support in your development as a young artist.
