Zoe Lancaster

SUPPLEMENTARY

Zoe Lancaster graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) with a Bachelor of Music (Honours) in Classical Voice, where she was awarded the Royal Overseas League WA Branch Entrance Scholarship for Classical Music. She is currently completing her Master of Opera Performance at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music (MCM) under the tutelage of Roxane Hislop. 

Zoe’s performance credits include: Chorus in The Pirates of Penzance (WAAPA 2021), Chorus in La Fanciulla del West (Freeze Frame Opera 2022), Flora in Jonathan Dove’s The Enchanted Pig (WAAPA 2023), featured ballerina in The Princess & The Showgirl - Adriana Lecouvreur (freeze Frame Opera 2023), Rose Maybud in Ruddigore (Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Victoria 2024) where she was nominated for Lead Performer in a Female Presenting Role by the Music Theatre Guild of Victoria, Eucalyptus Beetle and cover Duchess of Wattle in The Lyrebird’s Voice (Victorian Opera 2025), Virtù, Pallade, and Darmigella in L’incoronazione di Poppea (MCM 2025), Noémie in Cendrillon (MCM 2025).

Zoe was a semi-finalist in the Herald Sun Aria (2025), and a finalist in the Opera Scholars Australia Aria Award (2025). Zoe is delighted to be returning to Opera Scholars Australia this year.
